Rooftop VIP Section

Our rooftop beer garden and ground floor restaurant are open every day from 3:00-12:00, weather permitting. Our corner section of the roof can accommodate up to 30 people and our lounge section can accommodate up to 35 people. The two sections can combine into one larger section that spans the entire eastern side of our roof and holds up to 65 people     

$50 administrative fee and a $300 hourly food and beverage minimum per section

Located in Richmond's trendiest neighborhood with an on-site restaurant, an incredible beer selection, and rooftop views of Scott's Addition, the Hof is the perfect place for your wedding ceremony and/or reception! Our experienced team includes a baker, mixologist, sommelier, cicerone, event planner, and chef.

Our wedding package bundles together our most popular services. Pricing is tiered based on headcount.

  • 150 guests or more - $109 per head

  • 100-149 guests - $119 per head

  • 75-99 guests - $129 per head

Wedding Package Includes (a la carte pricing for each item in parentheses):

  • All-day rental starting at 10am ($2500-$3500 depending on date)

  • Our standard furniture package featuring beautiful cedar tables (9) & 30" cocktail rounds (4)

  • 4k projector, 130" screen, macbook, and setup services. ($400)

  • A PA speaker, speaker stand, microphone stand, and corded microphone ($125)

  • A one-hour rehearsal within 3 days of your ceremony ($250)

  • Catering (1 hour of Passed Hors D'oeuvres and 2-hours of Stationed Hors D'oeuvres or Dinner Buffet) ($35 per guest)

  • Beer, Wine, and Spirits Open Bar for 4 hours ($32 per guest)

  • Plateware, glassware, and flatware ($8 per guest)

  • One Event Lead per event ($40 per hour)

  • One Bartender for every 50 people ($30 per hour bartender)

  • One Event Staff for every 100 people ($20 per event staff per hour)

  • One Buffet Attendant per event ($20 per buffet attendant per hour)

  • Basic Coordination Package (timeline, layouts, 3rd party vendors and rentals)

*Our rooftop Beer Garden (The HofGarden) is open to the public every day, weather-permitting, from 3pm - 12am. All events in our Loft, Lounge or Game Room event spaces are private and secure, but it does have shared access to the restrooms and may experience some noise from restaurant-related activities. The Hofheimer Building is a fun, creative, historic and inspiring venue - Parties at The Hof are always amazing and memorable, but quiet, intimate-type events may find the active restaurant and bar challenging.
